Hmmm, you'd think with all the transformation fetish stuff in Totally Spies!, that we could find a villain that's looking to turk Clover into an actual four-leaf clover...or some kinda plant.

Plant themed villains maybe? Saw Boss from Jayce and the Wheeled Warriors? Evilseed from Mike Young's He-Man? Bushroot from Darkwing Duck?

How about Del Sol from the Tick? You remember the plant theme villain. The one with a sunflower for a head.
I am nearly certain he once turned people into Plants. Plus he kind of is a plant.
    Here is a pic.

I Like the Idea of Vipra & the Bartender from Bravestarr
I think we should also add Judge B in there as well since it's the Month history of Women & what better way then the Judge B Punishing the Criminal Vipra.

Personally, I'd save Vipra for Year of the Snake (which isn't until 2013). Just a bit more appropriate.

Here's a model sheet of her anyway:

Judge JB while I'm at it:

Only reason I brought up Handlebar is because he's a giant bartender, probably ready to serve up some equally green colored sweetwater to celebrate this drunken celebratory day.

Then one could put some hot barmaids from any number of series to help him out with the workload, or maybe milk some gals to actually color the sweetwater or something...a bit reminiscent of Turk's Green Loontern/Starfire piece.

Maybe a couple of Orion slave girls from Star Trek and transporter chief Miles O'Brien from ST: TNG.   (they don't gotta all be from cartoon shows do they?)  Cool

*CK: Totally Spies Clover is a good contender. I love Richard Moore but don't remember the comic you refer to... got a name?

It's a Mylady Story called Magically Delicious, it originally appeared in Milk # 16 and was collected in Horny Tails
